Guiding the next generation of healers

Our therapy internship program is designed for graduate-level students who are passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, empowerment, and personal growth. Interns at Elina gain meaningful, hands-on experience providing therapeutic support to teens, young adults, and families in a nurturing, collaborative environment.

This program offers more than just clinical hours—it’s an opportunity to contribute to impactful care that fosters emotional resilience, psychological safety, and confidence. Interns work alongside licensed professionals, receiving mentorship and guidance as they develop their therapeutic voice and clinical skills.

In addition to working with clients at our Grapevine location, interns have the chance to extend their reach beyond four walls. Through virtual sessions, outreach programs, and travel opportunities, interns help expand access to care across Texas and beyond. Our partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations allow interns to serve a wide range of populations and make a lasting impact.
