Tina Marie Molinar is a visionary leader and Founder & CEO of Elina with expertise in mental health, business development, and strategic partnerships. She has worked with elite treatment centers, Veteran groups, nonprofits, and other corporations to expand access to care and drive innovative solutions. Committed to service and advocacy, Tina Marie actively supports Veterans and nonprofit initiatives across diverse sectors.

Courtney Messina, Elina's Managing Partner, is a seasoned behavioral health professional and licensed clinical leader with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. Licensed as a Professional Counselor Supervisor and Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Courtney brings clinical rigor and leadership acumen to every setting she enters. Her diverse background spans nonprofit organizations, correctional facilities, community mental health agencies, and substance use treatment centers.

Elise Pillow, Director of Operations & Experience at Elina, brings warmth, elegance, and heart to every event. A mother of four and lover of nature, Elise blends European charm with Texas hospitality to create unforgettable experiences—from women's circles to bridal showers. She leads operations with grace and intention, ensuring every detail is seamless and every guest feels at home. Elise’s eye for beauty and deep-rooted care make her an essential part of what makes Elina so special.
